ABOUT

Jackie is Burger Consulting’s resident expert in information lifecycle management and transactional processes. With knowledge of records management from all perspectives: people, process and technology, as well as an understanding of best practices, she commits to applying these methods in real-world settings of organizations that reside within the construction sector.

Jackie works with Burger Consulting Group clients to identify the strategies that best meet their requirements, developing recommendations and actionable roadmaps to implement those strategies. She has also developed transitional plans that include migration of content for technology initiatives and helping clients move forward with phased deployments to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Jackie has gained in-depth knowledge of the content and records management by keeping affiliations with organizations such as AIIM and ARMA, as well as consistent familiarity with the solution providers in those market spaces and their respective offerings. She has worked with clients across North America and Canada, including owner/developers, general contractors, specialty contractors, privately-owned and publicly traded companies.

Prior to partnering with Burger Consulting Group, Jackie worked within the supply chain and logistics sector. Certified in Lean Logistics, she also assisted in the software rollouts of SAP, Hyland OnBase and the E3 replenishment system. Jackie studied at the UIC’s school of Liberal Arts and Science with a focus in Biological Sciences.
