Steve Namiotka

Steve Namiotka has a background in structural engineering, and over 15 years of experience in the construction industry.  Steve has successfully planned and executed a wide range of projects in the industrial, mechanical, heavy civil, and entertainment industries, and has held several impactful roles including Superintendent, Project Engineer, Scheduler, and Project Manager.

Steve has successfully executed over $3 Billion in construction projects and has excelled in the design and budgeting of projects, change management, schedule acceleration, claims processing, and program implementation arenas for large clients in the Central Florida area.

Throughout his career, Steve has consistently been proactive in problem solving, project acceleration, and budget management for large scale construction projects.  His unique blend of technical background and hands on experience has allowed him to be successful in addressing a wide range of issues in the construction industry in creative and impactful ways.
