Rose Fauster

Rose Fauster is an experienced professional who brings more than 20 years of professional services, administrative, and marketing experience to her role as Office Manager / Executive Assistant / Marketing Coordinator at Burger Consulting Group.

Rose oversees the day-to-day administrative functions of the firm, maintains relationships with firm vendors, assists in the development & implementation of firm policies and procedures, and oversees the administration of HR policies, programs, and practices within the firm. She also ensures the office has the necessary supplies and equipment needed, coordinates office meetings, and is the point-person for all firm marketing programs including events, speaking engagements, and administration of the firm’s social media presence.

The Wisconsin native began her career in account management at a global advertising agency, transitioned to professional services as Marketing Manager for a large full-service law firm, and has held positions as Office Manager for several law firms.

In her spare time, Rose enjoys live theater, Chicago’s many cultural institutions, shopping farmers & flea markets, rendering with oil pastels on “found” materials, spending time with friends & family, and traveling internationally. Rose believes in volunteerism and some of her charities of choice include Access Living, PAWS, and The American Cancer Society. She also assists people with disabilities in securing employment and career counseling.
