As a Chicago native, Natalie Badillo brings over 20 years of experience in administration, operations, and project management, working with high-profile clients on an international scale. With a background that spans throughout higher education, real estate, and the arts, she excels in streamlining operations and leading teams to deliver successful projects. Formerly, as the Senior Executive Assistant at the University of Chicago’s Office of the President, she skillfully juggled budget planning, global travel coordination, and event management, all while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Known for her impeccable multitasking skills and capability to work on multiple time zones, Natalie excels in navigating complex logistical challenges across diverse industry sectors. Her bilingual skills and proficiency in a wide range of software tools add to her ability to keep everything on track. She approaches every task with precision and a positive attitude. Whether working with global clients or managing large-scale projects, Natalie consistently delivers results that drive success.
Natalie holds a B.A. from Saint Xavier University and is pursuing a M.A. at Concordia University.
