New ownership and management came into this mid-sized contractor running on Dynamics NAV (formerly Navision). It was not implemented well and seemed to lack much of the functionality needed by a contractor. Management was frustrated by the inability to get access to detailed and accurate information on a timely basis. The decision was made to replace NAV. Burger Consulting Group was engaged to assist with selection and implementation.

Approach
Burger Consulting Group worked with the various areas of the business to identify key business processes and translate them into ‘must have’ system requirements. With the business requirements and Burger Consulting Group’s knowledge of the ERP market, a down selection of vendors was quickly established. Burger Consulting Group guided the client through the evaluation of the solutions; including development of request for proposal (RFP), demo scripts targeted to client requirements and review of licensing agreements.
