About this Event:

Session Description

Burger Consulting Group with the help of many partners and clients in the Heavy/Construction industry conducted a technology and automation survey in late 2020 and analyzed the results earlier this year. Burger Consulting Group will present the results of this survey during this joint CFMA/NAPA webinar. The survey itself asked about automation practices and solutions used for estimating, trucking, material ticketing, quote & ordering, integration, and other important functions. Prevailing trends within Heavy/Civil contractors and material producers will be covered in addition to the prevalence of belt scales and truck tracking, trends on fueling systems, equipment management, and procurement. Christian Burger (President & CEO, Burger Consulting Group), and Karen Wuerfl (President, KLW Construction Technology Solutions), will be co-presenting the results of this study and providing commentary along with their analyses. Karen and Christian each have 20+ years working on automation with Heavy/Civil contractors and material producers.
