Tim Ashman

Tim Ashman is a Senior Consultant with Burger Consulting Group who brings more than 30 years of experience in construction operations, information technology, and ERP implementation. Having spent over two decades in construction leadership roles before transitioning into consulting, Tim offers a unique perspective that combines hands-on operational experience with deep technical expertise.
Throughout his career, Tim has led ERP implementations, data conversions, and systems integrations for construction companies across the United States. His extensive experience enables him to guide organizations through complex software implementations while ensuring technology aligns with operational goals.

Before becoming a consultant, Tim served in both Equipment/Shop Manager and IT Director roles for a large construction company, giving him firsthand knowledge of equipment management, accounting, inventory, service operations, and the day-to-day realities of running a construction business. This operational background allows him to bridge the gap between technology and business processes, helping contractors improve efficiency while minimizing disruption.
