Craig Williams is a Senior Solution Analyst and Project Manager with over 20 years of IT experience in project management of system assessments, demonstrations, selections, implementations, migrations, integrations, plus process improvements, over a wide range of applications. His strength has been to apply software and hardware to everyday use through requirements gathering, analysis, configuration, and deployments, while managing product portfolios and contracts throughout their various lifecycles. He has achieved success being a liaison coordinating client, partner, and technology teams to provide solutions to multiple 3000-plus employee-based companies across their global footprints. Those accomplishments were realized by engaging key stakeholders at various levels to ensure ease of use cases while minding the broader vision an organization wants to achieve within budget and on-time. The following are examples of recent initiatives undertaken:

  • Managed a human resources (HCM) environment consisting of employee master information, recruitment, onboarding, learning (LMS), performance, time/attendance tracking, benefits, compensation, plus payroll, while having selected and integrated with third-party carriers and services. Fostered an organization of internal teams and materials by applying focus per function while guiding the group through collaborative enhancements.
  • Directed corporate technology projects impacting CRM systems as well as intranet, mobility, and custom programs for human resources. This was accomplished by engaging customers, executives, and field personnel through workshops, process improvement, and support. Expanded system integrations spanning CRM to multiple ERP platforms and engineering programs by applying data governance standards to enhance efficiency regarding data maintenance, reusability, and visibility to benefit reporting/dashboard capabilities. Forged partnerships with primary plus third-party software vendors to realize company objectives and negotiated agreements, including licensing options, suitable to the organization’s best interests.
