Christian Burger

President and Founder

As President and Founder of BCG, Christian brings more than 20 years of construction industry expertise to every client engagement. Christian is a frequent presenter at industry events and contributor to industry publications. He is also a member of the teaching staff for Northwestern University’s Master of Project Management program.

Angus Frost

Senior Consultant

Angus joined BCG in 2005 as a Senior Consultant. He assists clients in evaluating and developing their technology strategy. He focuses on reducing risk as well as aligning technology infrastructure and team with overall business objectives. Prior to joining BCG, Angus served as a CIO/CTO in both the Construction and Professional Services industries

Jacqueline Green

Jackie started with BCG in 2012, and applies her experience with Enterprise Content Management systems to help our clients.

Brandon Hanacik

Senior Project Manager/Consultant

Brandon joined BCG in 2017 as our Senior Project Manager/Consultant. He assists with the implementation and integration of software solutions as well as efforts to develop/implement improvements for clients.

Amanda Kalcic

Senior Consultant

Amanda Kalcic is a Senior Consultant at BCG, specializing in enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions for the construction industry. As a certified accountant with 10 years of construction industry knowledge, Amanda applies both her education and experience to assist clients in evaluating, designing and implementing business process, optimizing current ERP software functionality and software selections. Amanda also assists clients with software selections for Human Resource and Learning Management solutions, helping companies identify their business requirements and aligning them to the right software solution to meet their needs.

Ausrine Rakauskaite

Ausrine started with BCG in July of 2019, and applies her construction background to support consultants and clients during the solution selection process and assist shortlist products, support clients with deployment, and is involved with clients and consultants on assessment work. Ausrine graduated from Illinois Institute of Technology with her Bachelor’s in Architectural Engineering and Master’s in Construction Management, and has previously worked at Turner Construction Company as a Field Engineer, Ventana Design-Build – curtainwall contractor – as an Estimator, and Summit Design Build as a Project Engineer prior to starting with Burger Consulting Group.

Chris Coffee

Chris joined BCG in June of 2019 as the Project Manager bringing with him a diverse background of experience as a devoted problem solver, hard-working entrepreneur and Six Sigma Master Black Belt. With the knowledge he has conjured up through his many years of experience, Chris continuously aims to embrace each project he comes across as if it were his own. He takes into consideration all necessary measures when delivering, cultivating, and reengineering high-valued projects across a multitude of diverse industries. With his passion to transform all operations to drive continuous improvement – Chris continues to invest his strengths into each outcome all while maintaining a focus on visibility, accountability, and improvement.
